Interesting "Public Notice" in "The Hindu"

Today morning while reading the The Hindu, I came across this "Public Notice" which is quite different from the routine change of names, certificates lost and other mundane stuff. Sounds funny for people like us to read this, but there should a turmoil going on for this family.
