Two recent television advertisements which got my attention are that of IDBI Bank and Airtel DTH. Both the advertisements are beautifully executed with message being conveyed in a subtle manner but very effectively.
IDBI Bank's advertisement doesnt have any celebrities in it and has been picturised in the wild and the caption is also very beautiful. View IDBI Bank TV commercial here.
On the other hand, Airtel's Digital TV advertisement is full of celebrities starting with Madhavan, Vidhya Balan, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor ( I dont want to keep them away, let their names be close to each other) AR Rahman, Zaheer Khan, Gautam Gambhir to name a few. Actually, Sharukh Khan is also an Airtel brand ambassador but he is not there in the commercial because he is promoting another DTH service provider, Dish TV.
How many times you watch these commercials, I dont get bored. It is a good one and bound to win many Cannes awards next year!!!
