Thayir Sadam on Sunday afternoon!

Just finished a plate of Thayir Sadam evenly mixed with morning Sambar, chou-chou kootu and a bit of Manga thokku.. was licking till the last drop.. whoever found this magic dish should be a genius!

To be honest, I am not a kind of person who goes overboard about Thayir Sadam, but today was an exceptional day. I think it has to do with the kind of curd you use to a great extent.

What would the english name of chou chou be? It cannot be Bangalore eggplants.
